Hello to students and parents. This year we have been challenged to teach and learn remotely. Although this is a huge transition for a lot of us, the culinary students have shown no fear. We will draw historical, social, and political connections though the food industry, and learn key skills to advance our culinary knowledge. Culinary art will feature deep dives into how food is made, how food is grown, and what part we play as consumers. We also have live cooking classes where students are guided through tough recipes by our chef to create delicious food for themselves and family.
